PRAIRIE GRILLED CHICKEN 
3-3 1/2 lb. chicken

MARINADE:

1 1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tbsp. tarragon

Rinse and skin chicken. Put into jumbo sized Ziploc bag. Whisk marinade ingredients and distribute over chicken. Zip to close bag. Lay bag in a casserole dish and refrigerate 6-24 hours. Place chicken in a glass casserole dish and pour marinade over chicken. Bake at 400 degrees for about 40 minutes.
