SAVORY BAKED POTATOES 
6 baking potatoes
6 (1/4 inch) thick onion slices
6 slices green peppers
1 tsp. garlic salt
Pepper to taste
6 tbsp. chicken broth

Cut each potato in half lengthwise. Place onion and green pepper slice between halves. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper to taste. Place on foil. Drizzle 1 tablespoon broth over each. Seal foil tightly. Bake at 425 degrees for 1 hour or until tender. Yield: 6 servings.
