SAVORY POTATO SLICES 
4 russet baking potatoes
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Scrub potatoes, slice 1/4 inch thick. Combine remaining ingredients; toss with potatoes. Arrange on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender and browned. Serves 4 to 6.
