SAVORY OVEN POTATOES 
4 lg. potatoes, peeled & cubed
Juice of 1 lemon
4 tbsp. safflower oil (Crisco)
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 lg. cloves garlic, pressed
1 tsp. leaf oregano
1/2 tsp. salt

Put cubed potatoes in a bowl. Mix together lemon juice, oils and garlic, oregano and salt. Toss well with potatoes. Butter a 9"x12" shallow pan and spread potatoes out in pan. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for about 45 minutes to an hour, stirring periodically to keep from sticking.
