SAVORY POTATOES 
6 slices bacon
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. parsley, chopped
1 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. dried savory
1/2 tsp. dried sage
1/2 tsp. salt
5 c. cooked, diced potatoes
4 tbsp. cream

Fry bacon with celery, onion and seasonings. Add potatoes and cream. Spread in a casserole dish and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
