COLE SLAW DRESSING 
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 egg
1 c. real mayonnaise

In pan stir sugar, salt, mustard and cornstarch. Add vinegar and water. Stir until smooth over medium heat, bring to a boil, stirring and cook 1 minute. Mixture will be thick. Beat egg in 1/2 of the hot mixture. Return the 1/2 to pan, stir well. Heat 1 minute without boiling Cool 10 minutes. Then stir in mayonnaise. Makes 1 3/4 cups.

This dressing was super simple and DELICIOUS! Even my picky husband who only likes one kind of slaw dressing LOVED it! (And that is saying something.)

The only thing I would do to the recipe is clarify that the mustard is DRY mustard. I wasn't sure which it was, so I compared other recipes and found that they had dry mustard in them.

I highly recommend this recipe!
