VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 can green beans, drained
1 can shoepeg corn, drained
1 can water chestnuts, drained
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
Crushed Ritz crackers

Layer first 5 ingredients in 9x11 baking pan. Mix soup and sour cream; spread over vegetables. Mix butter and crackers; sprinkle on top.
