VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 can white (shoepeg) corn, drained
1 can French style green beans, drained
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 med. onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated cheese

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into baking dish. Crumble one package Ritz crackers (one package from the box) over top. Melt one stick butter and pour over top. Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Serves 8.
