VEGETABLE CASSEROLE - SERVES 8 
1 can shoepeg corn, drained
1 can French style green beans
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 box cheese Ritz crackers
1/2 stick melted butter

Mix above ingredients and put in casserole dish. Topping with Ritz crackers and 1/2 stick melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Easy to prepare.
