VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 cans French style green beans, drained
1 can shoepeg corn (Green Giant)
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green peppers, chopped
Salt & pepper
1 pack Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 stick butter, melted

Mix all together except crackers and butter in a baking dish. Melt butter, add crackers to butter and put on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
