ROLLED PECAN WAFERS 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. flour
F.g. salt
1/4 c. finely chopped pecans

Cream butter, add sugar gradually, then well beaten egg. Beat good. Mix in flour, salt, nuts; add to first mixture.

Drop on buttered sheet by spoonfuls 4 inches apart. Bake to delicate brown at 300 degrees for 8 to 12 minutes. Remove while hot and roll over pencil.
