To quart jar, add:

1/4 inch of salt
Very little garlic salt
Very little black pepper
Very little red pepper

Shake to mix dry ingredients. Add: 1 c. sunflower oil 1/2 c. water

Shake well to mix all ingredients. Add to chopped cabbage 1 hour before serving.
