1/2 c. dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1-2 tsp. caraway seeds

Mix all together and pour over 4 generous cups of chilled shredded cabbage. mix lightly and refrigerate until ready to serve.
