SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 (1 lb.) bag of sliced squash
1/2 tub sour cream
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 tsp. mayonnaise
1 pkg. Ritz crackers
Salt & pepper

Cook squash in bag for 5 minutes. Turn and cook for 2 minutes more. Drain and mash, add other ingredients but only half of the cheese, mix well. Cook for 10 minutes, stir and cook for 5 minutes more. Top with cheese, put back in oven to melt cheese.
