EASTER PIZZA BREAD 
5 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. Italian sausage (cooked and sliced)
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
Salt and pepper

Make dough according to box instructions, let raise 2 hours covered. Grease medium size square pan. Roll dough out to cover bottom and sides of pan. Make a layer of sliced eggs, sausage and Ricotta then salt and pepper. Make another layer of eggs, sausage and ricotta. Put dough on top layer and pinch sides closed. Let raise 2 hours (covered).

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool in pan, then remove and refrigerate.
