COLLEEN'S CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. Crisco (short)
1/2 c. butter
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. oatmeal (dry)
3 c. flour
2 (12 oz.) bags chocolate chips

Cream Crisco, butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla and lemon juice together until fluffy. Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl and combine cream and dry mixtures. Add chocolate chips and bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes.
