PEACHY CHEESE TORTE 
1/2 c. softened butter
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. flour
2/3 c. chopped pecans
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Beat butter, sugar and vanilla until blended. Gradually add flour and beat. Stir in pecans. Press firmly onto bottom and sides of a 2 quart pan. Cook in microwave on medium setting for 3 to 4 minutes, or until firm.

Beat cheese until smooth. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Mix in sugar, vanilla and cinnamon until smooth and creamy. Pour over crust. Arrange peaches on top. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Cook on medium setting for 8-10 minutes or until outer edge is set; chill.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
