SHEILA K'S RUM CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 pkg. instant Jello pudding mix
1/2 c. (corn) oil
1/2 c. rum
1/2 c. water

Mix ingredients for 2 minutes. Pour into greased bundt cake pan. Bake 325 degrees for 55 minutes.

While cake is in oven make syrup. 1 stick butter 1/4 c. water

Boil 3 minutes - take off stove. Add 1/2 cup rum (or apricot brandy). Poke holes in cake with skewer. Pour mixture slowly. Sit for 45 minutes.
