BUTTERSCOTCH COFFEE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. butterscotch pudding mix
2/3 c. corn oil
4 eggs, unbeaten
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. cinnamon
Powdered sugar

Blend cake mix, pudding, oil, unbeaten eggs and water in a bowl. Beat for 10 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Combine sugar, cocoa and cinnamon. Sprinkle over batter and cut through batter with a knife to marbilize. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
