CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE 
1 butter yellow cake mix
1 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs, beaten slightly
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. oil (vegetable or corn)
8 oz. pkg. miniature chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips and marshmallows. Beat until smooth. Add chocolate chips and marshmallows. Blend well. Pour batter into a lightly greased and floured tube pan. Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
