CHOCOLATE CHIP PIE 
30 marshmallows (5 c. miniature)
1/2 c. milk
26 graham crackers
1/2 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. whipping cream
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate (or chocolate chips)

Melt marshmallows with milk in double boiler. Cool. Line 2 small or 1 large pie tin with the crushed graham crackers mixed with melted butter, saving some for top. Whip cream; fold in the marshmallow mixture and the grated chocolate. Pour into the lined pan and sprinkle the remaining cracker crumbs on top. Refrigerate.
