HASH BROWNS - FROZEN 
6 c. grated potatoes
6 tbsp. minced onion
6 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. flour

Boil potatoes with peelings until almost done. Peel, core and grate or chop in food processor. Add onion, milk, salt and flour. Pat in greased 9"x13" cake pan. Score into serving pieces and freeze. Cut into squares, wrap in foil and keep frozen until ready to use.
