FROZEN HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. onion
1 stick butter, melted

Topping:

2 c. cornflakes
1/2 stick butter, softened

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly (except topping ingredients). Place in casserole dish.

Mix cornflakes and softened butter together and spread over casserole.

Bake for 60 minutes at 350°F. (You may use Ritz crackers instead of cornflakes.) This casserole freezes well.
