8 med. zucchini
1 lg. can whole corn (drained)
1 sm. diced onion
1 med. diced tomato
1/2 c. water
1-2 c. grated American cheese

Put water in saucepan and add zucchini, dice onion and tomatoes. Cook 20 minutes. Add corn (drained) and cook 1/2 hour more. Serves 4-5. After cooked add grated cheese and set for 5 minutes.
