CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. raw rice (long cooking type)
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
2 1/2 cans water
1 chicken, cut up and skinned; brown if you like

Mix the rice, onion soup, chicken soup and water. Place chicken pieces in casserole, add the soup mixture and cover. Bake 2 hours at 325 degrees.
