CRUNCHY BEEF BAKE CASSEROLE | |
1 pkg. (7 oz.) elbow macaroni, 2 c. uncooked 1 lb. ground beef 1 can (4 oz.) mushroom soup 3/4 c. Cheddar cheese (optional to use any other type) 1 can whole tomatoes (2 oz.) cut up 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 3/4 tsp. seasoned salt 1 (3 oz.) can Durkee's real French onions Prepare macaroni as directed on package and drain. Brown ground beef and drain. Combine all ingredients except onions. Pour half the mixture into a 2 quart casserole. Add 1/2 can onions. Pour remaining mixture over onions. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining onions and bake uncovered 5 minutes longer. Serves 4-6 people. |
