BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 boxes chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs
1 med. onion
Salt and pepper
Pepperidge Farm stuffing (enough to cover top)
1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 stick butter

Thaw and drain broccoli. Combine soup, mayonnaise, chopped onion, beaten eggs, salt, and pepper. Add broccoli and mix well. Put in baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Melt butter and mix with 3/4 of stuffing. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of broccoli; add stuffing mixture on top of cheese. Cook 15 minutes more or until brown.
