CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE | |
2 env. or boxes Chicken Stove Top Stuffing 4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed 2 (9 oz.) pkgs. or 1 bag frozen broccoli spears or chopped broccoli, cooked 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 c. mayonnaise 2 c. shredded Colby or mild Cheddar cheese Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions and place in bottom of an ungreased 9x13 inch baking dish or two 10 inch glass pie pans. Cover with chicken. Make the next layer with the cooked broccoli. Spread mixture over top, making sure entire area, including edges, are covered. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve at once. This dish can be assembled 2 or 3 days ahead, refrigerated, covered. Bake just before serving. NOTE: For smaller recipe, cut in half. Use 8-10 inch dish and bake about 45 minutes (until bubbly). |
