CHICKEN, BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
20 oz. frozen broccoli or 2 bunches fresh broccoli
2 whole chicken breasts, or more
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. dry minced onion
1 box Stove Top stuffing
1 cube butter

Put chicken in pan and cover with water. Boil until done. Take chicken out of broth and de-bone, reserve broth. Cook frozen broccoli or fresh broccoli in the broth. Do not over cook. Brown Stove Top stuffing in 1 cube butter. Arrange broccoli in casserole; tear chicken into bite size pieces and cover broccoli. Mix soup, mayonnaise, curry powder, minced onion together and cover chicken with this mixture. Cover with toasted Stove Top stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
