CHICKEN - BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (cook, as directed, cool)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 lg. chicken, cook & debone, reserve 1 1/2 c. broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. reserved broth

Mix broccoli with egg and spread over bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with bite-size pieces of chicken. Mix in bowl cream cheese, soup and milk until smooth. Pour over chicken. Melt butter on stove. Mix in broth and stuffing mix. Layer over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Serves 10.
