CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 med. size chicken
1 lg. bunch broccoli (or frozen broccoli can be used)
1 lg. box Stove Top dressing
Broth
Cream of celery soup
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)

Cook chicken; remove skin and bones. Put meat in bottom of 4-quart casserole. Make thick gravy with broth; add cream of celery soup. Spread generously over chicken. Add broccoli, which has been cooked a few minutes and drained. (Frozen broccoli need not be pre-cooked.) Prepared Stove Top dressing as directed. Put over top. (Extra crumbs may be added, if desired.) Spread on top and bake, covered, in moderate oven until hot and bubbly, or broccoli is done.
