CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2-3 lb. chicken breasts
16 oz. frozen broccoli pieces
2 cans cream of celery soup
2 (6 oz.) boxes Stove Top stuffing (chicken)
Velveeta cheese slices

Cook chicken until tender. Cool and pick meat off bones. Cook broccoli according to directions on package. Also the stuffing. In 9 x 13 inch pan, alternate chicken and broccoli; then top with Velveeta slices. Pour soup over the top. Spread stuffing on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
