CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
4 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 tall can evaporated milk
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
7 oz. marshmallow creme
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together in heavy pot, stir good. Cook slowly after it begins to boil, watch closely. Boil for 12-15 minutes. Remove from heat and add 12 ounce semi-sweet chocolate chips and 7 ounce marshmallow creme, stir until well mixed. Add 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour into a buttered sheet pan, when cool cut into squares. This makes about 5 pounds of fudge.
