CHOCOLATE MALLOW FUDGE
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter
9 marshmallows, cut into eighths
1 pkg. (8 sq.) semi sweet chocolate

Line a 9 inch square pan with wax paper, letting ends extend about 2 inches as tabs. Butter the paper. Combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter and marshmallows in saucepan. Place over low heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved and marshmallows are melted. Bring to a boil and boil for 4 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add chocolate and stir until chocolate is partially melted. Remove from heat; stir rapidly until chocolate is entirely melted. Pour into buttered, lined square pan. Cool 1 hour or more. Remove fudge from pan, using tabs. Cut into squares. Makes about 2 pounds or 5 dozen squares.

NOTE: 1 cup marshmallow topping may be substituted for marshmallows.
