PORK STIR-FRY 
1 lb. lean boneless pork
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1 (10 oz.) pkg. stir-fry vegetables
1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds (optional)
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sesame oil
1/2 tsp. dry ginger
1 tbsp. chicken broth or water

Cut pork into 1/4 inch strips. Marinate in soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic and ginger for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in wok or heavy skillet on high. Add pork and stir fry until it is no longer pink. Add vegetables (unthawed) plus chicken broth or water. Stir well, cover and steam for 3 minutes or until vegetables are heated through. Serve over hot rice or chow mein noodles. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired. Serves 4.
