BROCCOLI & RICE CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. diced celery
2 tbsp. salad oil
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1 c. Minute Rice
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz

Saute onion and celery in oil. Add thawed broccoli. Steam on low for 10 minutes. Add soup, milk, water, rice and Cheez Whiz. Bring to boil; pour into buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
