2 c. sugar 1/2 c. water 1 pt. marshmallow creme 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped pecans Salt Boil sugar, water and salt until it forms a hard ball in water. Place marshmallow creme in mixing bowl and stir in hot syrup. Continue stirring until slightly stiff (holds a peak). Fold in nuts and vanilla. Drop from spoon on waxed paper. |
