MARGUERITE'S CORNED BEEF
CASSEROLE
 
2 1/2 c. cooked shell macaroni
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, cut in 3/4" chunks
2 c. diced or shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. cut up celery
2 tbsp. butter
Bread crumbs

Saute onion and celery in 1 tablespoon butter. Combine macaroni, corned beef, cheese, soup, milk, onion and celery into a 2 quart casserole. Around edge put buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
