BUSY DAY BEEF STEW 
2 lbs. beef stew
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 c. diced celery
3 med. chopped onions
5 tbsp. dry tapioca
6 carrots, chunks
1 tbsp. sugar
Potato chunks, as many as you want

Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven. Mix. Cover and bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours. No need to stir.
