BUSY DAY BEEF STEW 
6 lg. potatoes, cut in pieces
6 lg. carrots, cut in 2 inch pieces
3 lbs. stew beef, cut in 1 1/2 inch cubes
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. flour
1 (12 oz.) bag frozen chopped onions
1 c. condensed beef broth
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Layer potatoes, then carrots on bottom of slow cooker. Top with meat; sprinkle meat with soy sauce, salt, paprika, pepper and flour. Spread with chopped onions. Combine beef broth and tomato sauce and pour over all. Cover and cook on low 9-11 hours.
