HAMBURGER SOUP 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 qt. tomato juice or chunks
2 c. water
4 potatoes, cubed
1 sm. onion, diced
1 stalk celery, diced
2 lg. carrots, sliced
1 c. dry Navy beans (these go in dry, do not soak)

Put all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook all day or cook on top of stove. Hamburger can go in raw or you may want to brown it first. If you want a larger amount you can add more ingredients. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
