HAMBURGER SOUP 
1 (15 oz.) can white or yellow hominy
1 (15 oz.) can refried beans
4 (15 oz.) cans mixed vegetables
1 (15 oz.) can pork and beans
1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans or pinto beans
2 lbs. ground beef, browned
1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
1 (15 oz.) can corn
1 (15 oz.) can green beans
Instant mashed potatoes

In a large saucepan, add all the ingredients except tomato juice and instant mashed potatoes. Mix. Add 1/2 of the tomato juice. Bring to boil, lower heat. Add other half of tomato juice. Thicken to desired consistency with instant mashed potatoes. Reduce heat to low and cook for 1 hour. Serve. About 10 servings.
