POTATO - HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 med. onion
1 lb. ground beef
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (11 oz.) can tomato soup
2 1/2 c. cooked green beans
6 servings instant mashed potatoes

350 degree oven.

Saute 1 medium onion, chopped. Add 1 pound ground beef; brown, then salt and pepper to taste. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Add 1 (11 ounce) can tomato soup. Spread across top 2 1/2 cups cooked beans. Prepare 6 servings instant mashed potato flakes or make your own. Spoon in mounds across top of casserole. Bake in oven 30 minutes. (I make mine in a skillet.)
