POTATO HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
6 potatoes, diced
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. ground beef
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can water
1 can green beans, drained
2 c. shredded cheese

Boil potatoes, then mash. Butter an oblong baking pan. Spread mashed potatoes in pan. Brown ground beef; drain, spread over potatoes.

Mix mushroom soup and water together and pour over hamburger. Top with green beans and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted, about 15-20 minutes.
