BASIC PIZZA CRUST 
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
4 c. plus 4 tbsp. flour (white or wheat)
1 1/3 c. hot water
4 tbsp. oil
4 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt

Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water. Set aside. Mix other ingredients and add to yeast mixture. Let rise 20-30 minutes. Grease fingers and work dough into large pizza pan or two 9 x 13 inch pans, shaping up over pan sides. Prebake crust 10-12 minutes at 375 degrees.
