PIZZA CRUST 
1 c. lukewarm water (between 105-115 degrees)
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour (can be half wheat-half white)

Dissolve yeast and honey in warm water. Add oil, salt and flour. Knead dough a little. (You may need to add a little additional flour so dough isn't sticky.)

Roll out (or pat on) pizza pan. Bake at 400 degrees about 5 minutes. Add sauce and toppings. Bake another 8-10 minutes.
