LIVER SPREAD | |
1 lb. liverwurst 2 c. sour cream 1 pkg. onion soup mix 1/4 c. chopped parsley (optional) With the back of a wooden spoon, mash the liverwurst to soften. Gradually blend in the sour cream. Add the dry soup mix and parsley. Blend thoroughly. Lightly grease a 3 cup bowl, pack in the spread and chill 3 hours before unmolding. Or put in a crock or serving bowl. Serve with crackers. Makes 3 cups. |
