SARMA MADE OF LAMB LIVER 
Lamb liver, white & dark
1 tbsp. shortening
1 med. onion, diced
Salt & pepper to taste
3-4 eggs
Milk
Sprigs parsley, chopped
Tissue wrapped around liver

Cook lamb products and chop. Saute onion in heated oil; add lamb products and continue sauteing. Mix in salt, pepper and parsley; let cool. Wrap mixture in tissue from liver in Sarma style. Place in baking dish. Beat eggs, add a little milk and salt; pour mixture over Sarmas and bake in oven.
