SUPER LIVER (Diet) 
Beef liver, sliced 1/2" thick
1 slice hard bread, crumbled
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. minced parsley
Salt & pepper
1/2 c. low calorie Thousand Island dressing

Combine bread and seasonings. Spread liver with dressing. Dredge in seasoned crumbs to coat. Place in pan or aluminum foil. Bake 12-15 minutes uncovered at 400 degrees.
