MACARONI AND CHEESE SALAD 
1 (7 oz.) box macaroni (shell or elbow)
3 hard boiled eggs
1 pimento
1 med. onion
Mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. cheese, diced
4 med. sweet pickles
1/2 green pepper
2 stalks celery
1 tsp. vinegar

Cook macaroni according to directions on package. Drain and run cold water over to chill. Mix with rest of ingredients and about 4 tablespoons mayonnaise.
